Invitation application privacy

Information used for review

When you submit an application, we store your email, optional selected interest, and submission time. Allowed utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content values in your application link may be stored with the submission. The application does not record a visit or language change as an application.

Purpose and retention

We use this information to review your application and contact you about an invitation. Repeated submissions are managed under one normalized email record, with first and latest submitted channel information kept separately. Application records are retained for up to 90 days. A short-lived aggregate counter may help limit intake abuse; it is not a count of verified people or service users.

An application is not admission

Submitting does not create an account, access grant, payment, or newsletter subscription. Applications are reviewed before selected applicants receive an invitation. We do not claim verified email ownership, and the form does not request your account, portfolio, or payment details.

Hosting and contact

The application form does not use a third-party advertising tracker. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information under its own policies. Contact help@oraxlabs.io for privacy questions or to withdraw your application.
