This notice covers the AIInvestIndex Weekly waitlist at index.oraxlabs.io/weekly/.
What you submit
The form collects your email address, agreement to receive beta invitations and related updates, and any optional investing-role or workflow-interest choices you select. It also submits the campaign labels present in the page URL (UTM source, medium, campaign, and content), when provided, so we can distinguish requests from channels such as X and Reddit. Missing campaign information stays unknown.
The waitlist does not ask for holdings, account credentials, financial balances, payment details, or identity documents. There is no brokerage connection or automatic trading on this page.
How we use it
OraXLabs uses these details to manage closed-beta requests, send beta invitations and related updates, understand which workflow people want help with, and compare the sources of signup requests. Submitting the form does not create a trading or investment account.
We do not sell your waitlist email or use this form to authorize the sale of future investment or account data. Any future product data collection would require its own explanation and appropriate permissions.
Storage and retention
The website and request storage use Cloudflare. Email addresses are stored in the request record; a hash of the normalized email is used to recognize repeat submissions. Records expire 90 days after the latest submission unless deleted earlier. First and latest submitted campaign labels are retained with the request.
To limit automated submissions, the server may temporarily store a hash derived from the connection IP and date in an hourly rate-limit record. That record expires within two hours. The form does not set analytics cookies or use third-party advertising trackers. Cloudflare may process technical request data to provide and secure the service.
Your choices
Optional fields can be left blank. To withdraw your request, stop beta updates, correct your details, or request deletion, contact help@oraxlabs.io from the email address you submitted. OraXLabs may ask you to confirm control of that address before changing or deleting a record.
